Warranty

Phone Repair: The work is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days starting from the date of delivery. This warranty covers only the work done by FIX-1 and parts used in the repair or refurbishing process.

Phone sales: Our phones sold by FIX-1 are guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

Lem's Headsets: All of our headsets are warranted against any defect in material or workmanship for a period of two years.

FIX-1 will repair or replace the defective equipment or parts without charge during the warranty period.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse, improper installation or use, or failure to take basic precautions. Removing or replacing parts will void this warranty. The proof of purchase is always necessary to honour the warranty.
